Waltham Forest are seeking to develop an iconic building to become the borough's cycling and behaviour change centre at the heart of Waltham Forest. Situated on Selborne Road adjacent to the entrance to the Walthamstow Underground Station and opposite Walthamstow Central Bus Station the new building will play an important part in providing cycling facilities to our residents and visitors to the borough whilst making a clear statement of the boroughs support for cycling in Waltham Forest.The new building will be a centre for all things cycling building upon the award-winning work that has already been completed and providing a focal point for the continued delivery of our behaviour change and complimentary measures programmes.
