The existing late-Victorian church on this site is in a very poor state, and our client asked us to come up with a development solution to provide a new church, hall, community facilities as well as flat located on the upper floors in order to finance the development. Our proposal, located between two listed buildings, disposes flats within a tower, with a belfry (using existing bells from the church) at the top to clearly symbolise the presence of the church on the street.
