This is a new-build penthouse flat for an art lover. An important part of the brief is the incorporation of site-specific and other art works, including a neon lighting installation in the main living room. The existing flat is being almost completely taken down (aside from the steel frame). Our creative design ensured that our client's detailed requirements have been incorporated and have obtained planning permission and permission from the freeholder. We are carrying out all detailed design, project management and coordination of the project, including a complex bespoke kitchen, customised windows, landscaping of the terrace, and extensive coordination with the freeholder to allow the project to be built on this very tight site in Bermondsey, London SE1.
