About the practice

The Architect Studio was founded by Patricia Forero-Senior, an AABC Architect Accredited in Building Conservation with twenty years of experience in the heritage scene. As a sole practitioner, my involvement in a project is not just about designing refurbishments and specifying repairs to old buildings. It is also about advising the client along the process and liaising with all parties, including statutory bodies, contractors and consultants. I have worked with private clients and charities and fully understand time and money constraints. Timely advice is decisive on any project, and you can count on having a specialist at hand when it is required. A flexible approach to achieve your project goal, fees transparency, and an approachable attitude is at the heart of The Architect Studio.
