Our first beach resort on the Mediterranean was completed at the beginning of 2021 and delivered by our North Africa Studio based in Algiers, tangramSARL. Comprising of 8 levels of rooms and suites, within a new atriumed tower, renovation of an existing hotel with bridges linking the two properties and the beachfront. Restaurants, retail outlets, gym, sports arena, swimming pools, conference centre, wedding hall and parking are all incorporated with tangram’s team undertaking full design and supervision services for the realisation of the development.
