A scheme for a development of six new townhouses. The site is set within the Dulwich Estate, a large established residential area in South East London which is characterised by extensive areas of mature planting and landscaping. The buildings are carefully positioned within this woodland landscape and set back into the slope amongst existing trees. Interior volumes are composed to create spatial variety, with living spaces in each home arranged over two floors around double-height spaces. These homes open further through carefully framed views and open access to communal gardens at the rear.
