About the practice

We are a young, design-led architectural practice focused on giving historic and rural buildings purposeful new futures. Our work blends respect for heritage with modern thinking, creating thoughtful, functional spaces for clients who value craftsmanship and clarity. We help building owners, estates, and landowners understand the potential of their properties at an early stage — offering clear guidance on what is viable, what is possible, and how projects can be shaped to support long-term goals. From refurbishments and extensions to conversions and estate-wide strategies, our approach is rooted in careful analysis, design insight, and a genuine understanding of place. A key part of our work involves rural diversification. We explore how underused buildings and land — including farm buildings, outbuildings, and wider estate assets — can be repurposed or adapted to support new uses. This might include hospitality, community-focused spaces, commercial opportunities, or future-ready land uses such as renewable energy and modern agricultural facilities. Our role is to unlock opportunities, evaluate constraints, and provide design-led solutions that help clients make confident decisions.
