A bespoke development of five new homes, containing three contemporary housetypes in Northallerton. QAD Architects were responsible for the housetype designs, securing planning which included changing the housetype designs to meet the planning requirements, and providing construction drawings for the client. The client wanted each housetype to offer something different, provide as much natural light as possible, whilst still being energy efficient and meet the needs of a range of homebuyers.
