QAD were appointed to prepare and submit a detailed planning application for a 5557sqm distribution warehouse and offices for use in sortation and delivery of parcels on land within their ownership. There was a previous consent on the site for a similar but larger building and this revised scheme has been designed to incorporate specific occupier requirements. The scheme is now fully operational for DPD.
