This mixed use development site has been designed on behalf of Strawsons Group Developments. The site is an edge of centre location 0.6 miles to the south east of Retford centre. Utilising a former brownfield site and building upon the heritage of the former Northern Tower manufacturing facility this site breathes new life into an area that was much in need of reinvigoration. However it was essential that in developing this site the heritage of the past should not be forgotten and the use of the old to inform the new was a design and marketing generator for the development overall. The overall built / refurbished development area is 243,374sqft.
