Integrated master plan for a site of 21.5 ha to provide a residential community for up to 350 units of varying typologies together with leisure, recreational, retail and community facility provision. Overlooking the lagoon at Dubai’s International Media Production Zone, the master plan incorporates various environmental design considerations in order to increase opportunities for passive cooling within the community and minimize solar gain into the units. Site grading commenced in 2014 and core infrastructure is currently being constructed.
