Lean to glass roof at the side removed, party brick walls raised.. Build well insulated roof with Velux windows. New brick rear extension with Bi-Fold doors, re-build patio walls, new paving. Fit new kitchen, create larger well lit/ventilated dining room, tiled floor with underfloor heating. Create shower room with wc and basin, adjacent/under staircase to first floor, access off the living room. Fit out first floor bathroom, new smaller window to side wall, to suit raised roof. Paul Way RIBA appointed by Hammersmith Council, who owned one adjoining property, as 'Agreed Surveyor' under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. Party wall award made and served. Other adjoining owner agreed the work. Full architects service from start to completion including on site contract administration.
