Services include close consultation with the client, design drawings, planning, interior fit out, schedule of works for tender costs, contract administration, building regulations, valuations of the work, on site visits and inspections of the building works to completion. Paul Way is also an experienced party wall surveyor able to serve notices under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, and to accept appointments as party wall surveyor, and agree any necessary party wall awards.
