About the practice

Refurbishment and extensions to houses and flats. Change of use commercial to residential. Upgrade of mansion block flats, obtain Landlord's Licence to Alter. Interior fit outs residential and restaurants. Services include close consultation with the client, design drawings, submit for planning, schedule/specification of the works, submit information to building control, obtain tender costs, agree contract, on site administration, valuations. Frequent site visits and inspections of the works to completion. Obtain completion certificates. Research and agree interior fit out items: kitchen, bath and shower rooms/interior items and finishes. Paul Way is also an experienced party wall surveyor able to serve notices under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, and to accept appointments as party wall surveyor for an owner carrying out the work and/or for an adjoining owner. To record schedules of condition before works commence, and to agree and serve any necessary party wall awards.
