The brief required the remodelling of an existing penthouse located in the Swiss Alps. The approach was to unlock the existing layout in order to maximise the design opportunities. The proposed design retains features of interest such as the existing timber beams where the ‘new’ is expressed in a contemporary manner using a refined palette of materials, marble & timber.
