The full refurbishment and extension of a Grade II Listed townhouse in Belgravia, London. The building is a four bedroom family home arranged over six floors. The refurbishment involves a partial infill to an internal lightwell to provide additional accommodation at lower ground, connection of a new kitchen at first floor to a rear terrace via a new bridge link and a new cinema room, hammam and wine cellar to the basement. MEA provided a full architectural service, interior design, principal designer and contract administration roles.
