Full refurbishment of a four storey Victorian terraced house in Telegraph Hill conservation area, London. The project involved the relocation of the kitchen and bathroom, full rewire and replumbing, general refurbishment of all rooms and conversion of the basement into a studio flat. MEA provided full architectural services and managed the build on site as each trade was a separate subcontractor.
