Currently in planning, this holiday home is proposed just beyond the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a location where new builds are rare and subject to strict planning controls. We are collaborating closely with the local authority to secure permission over the coming months. The design reflects our studio’s language of flowing, organic forms that nestle gently into the surrounding landscape. These sculptural curves are balanced with rational structural elements to create a grounded, harmonious feel. Externally, natural materials such as locally sourced stone, lime render, and sustainably grown timber will deliver a warm, low-impact palette that ages beautifully over time while connecting seamlessly with the wider environment.
