The work cannot be managed from a distance, and the planning case rests on that essential need. The dwelling is sized to it: 50 m² of domestic space, exactly the Nationally Described Space Standard minimum for a one-bedroom, two-person home, plus 14 m² of working space for a site office, storage and a working entrance.
