Worcester Old Fire Station was constructed c1938. It was part of a redevelopment of this area in the early 20th century to create a civic centre. KKE worked on behalf of Guthrie Roberts Ltd who are development specialists based in Worcestershire to create 28, one, two and three bed luxury apartments. Working within the shell of the existing building, including the use of the existing roof space but also the addition of a penthouse apartment constructed over the roof of the adjacent annexe. The development affords wide spread views across the cathedral city, River Severn and Malvern Hills beyond.
