A new house on a north facing site in Hertfordshire. The house is arranged around a series of outside garden spaces. The house is divided into two distinct parts, a bedroom wing and a living wing. The two parts of the house are linked by a large spanning glazed opening containing the main stair and double height spaces. A large basement opens on to a sunken garden. The construction is handmade bricks on a steel frame.
