Fulton & Fifth is a landmark mixed-use development in Wembley, delivering a highly sustainable new neighbourhood of up to 759 homes alongside flexible commercial, leisure and employment spaces. Completed in 2025, the scheme complements the wider aspirations for the Wembley Growth Area, with over a third of homes provided as affordable housing. The project reimagines the previously overlooked Wealdstone Brook as a vibrant, biodiverse landscape corridor. Design interventions enhance this designated Site of Importance for Nature Conservation, introducing new tree planting, habitat creation and green infrastructure to establish an accessible and ecologically rich linear park. Fulton & Fifth delivers extensive green and communal spaces, including rooftop and podium gardens, contributing significantly to urban greening while establishing a resilient and people-focused place for Wembley’s future.
