This Georgian house is grade II listed and lies within the Martock Conservation Area in Somerset. We were required to obtain Listed Building Consent for a number of internal and external modifications. The refurbishment works included a new kitchen, new and renovated fireplaces, internal reconfiguration, and an attic conversion including new rooflights.
