This project for new village housing is located within the picturesque historic village of Hinton St George in Somerset. Our work for a Bristol-based developer involved a feasibility study, community consultation, obtaining planning permission and receiving building regulations approval. It is currently nearing completion on site. The development includes ten traditional houses arranged around a small village green. The buildings use local materials and adopt vernacular details that are in-keeping with those of the Conservation Area.
