We gained Listed Building Consent and detailed Planning Permission for the extension and renovation of an abandoned cottage in a remote Cornish valley. The renovation works are to English Heritage standards and incorporate much historic research. The extension is carefully detailed to have a small external impact whilst creating a light-filled contemporary interior space. This project has recently completed within budget, and the clients have commissioned us to design a summer house in the grounds.
