Located in Onslow Road, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, the brief was to replan the interior for contemporary family life. To create the best bathroom and en suite layouts, a spacious master suite, and a new "orangery" style extension with a lantern light, to replace the existing leaking glass conservatory. In addition, the small existing basement was transformed with an access stair and new wall, floor and ceiling linings to create a utility room. Walls and floor were waterproofed using a Delta membrane system, specialist pump and drainage system. The extension was built in facing bricks, stone, and bespoke timber joinery, in traditional style, to match and enhance the existing building.
