Complete refurbishment of a 5-storey townhouse in Hampstead with a new rear extension, front dormer, and rear garden design. The design aimed to introduce light in and maximise view out with a fully glazed front dormer and a rear kitchen dining extension with circular rooflights and full-width full-height glass sliding doors facing the garden. To reinforce the importance of the view out, a sedum roof was specifically designed on the extension to ensure one looked out into as much greenscape while looking out from the floors above into the rear garden.
