Bowthorpe Care Village, Norwich Eighty residential apartments have been provided for people with dementia and 92 housing with care flats. The heart is a community orientated shared space, accessible to all residents. This ‘hub’ contains a restaurant, café, social club, meeting room, shop, hairdresser, beauty salon, library along with office accommodation and support spaces.
