Alterations to the front elevation of a two storey terrace house in Waltham Forest. Works included removal of render and poorly-insulated single glazed windows, construction of bay window and front porch and installation of new windows at first floor level. Internally, the ground floor was renovated to resolve issues with condensation, and poor insulation, including the installation of underfloor heating and engineered wooden flooring.
