Cast Corbel House is a five-bedroom detached Victorian house in the Golden Triangle, a Conservation Area in Norwich. The project won a 2025 RIBA East award and a 2023 RIBA Norfolk Design & Craftsmanship award. Grafted delivered a ground-floor refurbishment and wraparound kitchen extension featuring a striking red pre-cast concrete fascia with panels handmade by the practice. The architects designed and fabricated the joinery throughout the ground floor, including richly-stained Oak kitchen cabinetry and a light-oiled Birch plywood ceiling in the open-plan kitchen and dining area.
