New build providing a 154 bed, 14,000m² (GIFA) scheme and associated landscaping for mixed gender with varying clinical needs. Service users include; Psychiatric Intensive Care with Section 136 Suite, Dementia, Advanced Care and Functional Care. All of these care paths are connected by an internal ‘street’ allowing interaction and access to Tribunal, Gym, activity spaces and the entrance including a cafe and clinical office space on the first floor. The units themselves vary between 15-18 bed units with swing bed capacity.
