Gilling Dod Architects and Kier Construction are the winning team in the competition for the University Hospital of North Staffordshire NHS Trusts, Delivery and Implementation of the Strategic Development Control Plan through the NHS Procure21+ Framework on the Trusts main sites in Stoke and Stafford. The appointment provides for delivery of multiple projects, both refurbishment and new build, as well as infrastructure works within the retained estate to provide both clinical and non-clinical accommodation across the various Trust sites. The projects are anticipated to take place over 4-5 years with an indicative value of £150M.
