To extend, modernise and transform a 4 bedroom two storey house into a more spacious 6 bedroom three storey house, including upgrading insulation and services. In particular the client wanted to transform the external appearance. The first phase of the project was to produce alternative design solutions including for different side and front extension. The selected scheme was developed through Planning and Building Regulations to construction on site.
