Two storey rear extension with internal alterations and refurbishment to a period property in a Conservation Area, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Area of Great Landscape Value and within the Green Belt. The original building was a timber framed stables, cart shed and harness room which was converted to a house in 1947 with later extension and alterations. The nature of the existing building and planning restrictions imposed many challenges which were overcome allowing the completed works to meet the client's requirements.
