DCM was responsible for the design of a new mixed use development located on the waterfront in the West Bay Diplomatic District in Doha. The development incorporates retail on the ground floors overlooking the beach, with the larger building accommodating hotel and apartments, and the smaller, new offices. The development ‘heart’ is a ‘piazza’ style forecourt, with all the main elements of the development having their main entrance off this formal space.
