The brief here was to refurbish and extend in a way which would be sympathetic to the existing building. The scope of works included a full loft conversion with separate bathroom, side and rear extensions on the ground floor an complete refurbishment of the whole of the existing property incl. replumbing, rewiring & two new bathrooms, replacing all existing sash windows with new double glazed sash windows. In addition to full architectural services we were also engaged to design bespoke furniture and hard landscaping.
