A project involving the complete re-modelling of this late Victorian terraced house including ground floor and roof extensions. The whole project was completed in 13 months, including design, Conservation & Planning consent, Party Wall Awards and construction. The latter taking nine months from April to December 2024. The finished house has 5 bedrooms over a total floor area of 2,100 sq ft.
