Formally the offices of Loot magazine, this Grade 2 listed building had been extensively altered with a new concrete frame behind a retained Georgian façade. The alterations sought to include 16 high spec apartments within the existing concrete envelope and included a new rear façade, and roof level lightweight extension. Traditional Georgian architecture meets exquisite contemporary detailing to create a synergy of styles that respect the provenance of the original building and surrounding streetscape.
