Holland Park Home sees the extensive remodelling of an existing mid-19th century house in London’s Holland Park, transforming this into an elegant and generously sized home that befits modern life. Our client commissioned us to extend, remodel and sensitively refurbish the house for their growing family. The internal refurbishment and remodelling includes a new basement level as well as a rebuilt closet wing extension, complete with a glass roof. An additional double height glazed infill extension opens up onto a basement level courtyard, allowing natural light to fill the basement and lower ground floor spaces.
