Orchard House, New Build low energy 250m2 home within a wooded site in the Shipton under Wychwood Conservation area, West Oxfordshire. - Preparation of designs and submission of planning application including heritage statement - Liaison with West Oxfordshire District Council at pre-app to determine the viability of a new house on the site - Site with multiple constraints including tree's, ecology, biodiversity, a stream, within the AONB and conservation area and within the curtilage of a Grade II Listed building. - BNG asessment required and off-site compensation within the ownership - A contemporary design responds to its wooded setting and site constraints - Liaison with specialist sub-contractors to develop initial technical proposals for MMC part-off site construction techniques to ensure a quick build process
