The small restaurant group were opening their third restaurant in the Mayfair and wider central London area, this proposal centred on a listed Grade II* Georgian townhouse within the Mayfair Conservation Area. Further to this, the team required everything to be ready and submitted within about 2 weeks from commencement. We delivered this and a lot more, the restaurant by Mark Jarvis of Neo Bistro was succesfully up and running soon thereafter. Listed Building Consent and Planning Consent were gained on the first attempt simultaneously.
