The project provides a bespoke headquaters to accommodate the continued expansion of the clothing company. The accommodation provides high class office space for all of the George staff and includes a staff restaurant with break out space and informal meeting areas. It also has a 3 storey entrance foyer, sales mock up areas and enough storage for the entire years collection. The brief was to design a HQ building for a speculative office cost, and was delivered to a challenging budget. The design allows for this successful company to continue it’s future expansion on site and is designed to reflect the companies ethos.
