About the practice

Bridges Associates combine the skills of architects and heritage consultants within a single practice. We advise clients on how to manage their heritage and design responsibilities, in particular when dealing with planning applications. In many cases this involves developing a forensic case to answer complex questions raised by Conservation Areas, Listed Buildings or hybrid conditions (for instance by tall buildings and townscape) in order to evaluate the client’s proposals.
