Harlesden Road is the redevelopment of a former ambulance station in North West London to provide nine new apartments. Bolans Architects provided services from planning through technical design and construction, including Party Wall matters and coordination with Thames Water. The project required careful resolution of neighbouring interfaces, servicing and drainage, including the integration of a blue-roof strategy within the new development. The scheme demonstrates our experience in delivering compact residential development on constrained urban sites while coordinating the architectural, technical and statutory requirements needed to bring projects through to construction.
