Atlas Properties Ltd wanted to give their new build apartments an edge in terms of high quality interior design. The brief was to provide a bespoke design for each of the 8no apartments which could compete with the best accommodation in the country. Due to the current market the intention is to rent them out as managed apartments to local businesses as an alternative to using hotel accommodation. The open plan living dining kitchen areas are combined with raised bed and open plan bathing and shower areas to provide a truly unique look to the interiors. The accommodation staircase serving all of the apartments was treated in a suitably unique manner also with a full height frameless glass balustrade which sets the tone as you enter the building. The project also included conversion of the historic Victorian library building into office lets on the ground floor and a restaurant in the upper former main library floor.
