The clients had recently purchased the property, however due to its age insulation and heating of the property was extremely poor. The current layout of the property was also of a big concern, due to its size and multiple extensions having previously added there was a disconnect between the spaces, the family were not using the home to its full potential. We undertook a feasibility study to see what could be possible with reconfiguring the internal layout, proposing a small extension to rationalise the previous extensions and also propose improvements to the existing building fabric. We are now appointed as a full service to develop the proposals and appoint a contractor to realise the proposals.
