For Soho Estates, this strategically located three storey building in the heart of Soho, included a full refurbishment and services upgrade of each floor, new bike facilities and changing rooms, new kitchenettes and the roof terrace. The common staircase was treated to show the existing concrete at its best and extended towards the top floor with two sleek metal flights with minimal strengthening. The entrance signage makes the most of the night time lighting, projecting the address number on the newly-rendered portion of wall.
