Re-working a set of buildings that had been adapted and added on over the last century, and included a Grade II listed townhouse facing onto a main artery into Central London The site had sat empty since the pandemic with a new scheme needed to re-invigorate the building by changing the layout and usability of the disjointed spaces. The scheme looks to deliver 25 new homes on the site, part rental and part sale, as well as 800sqm of floor space representing no loss in commercial area, but a more usable and adaptive floor area.
