As part of a whole house renovation, the extension utilised a courtyard within an existing basement, a glass lined extension to a Grade II listed townhouse within the Grosvenor Estate, adds a space for relaxing; at the lower ground floor an expansive library area, and at the upper floors an pool for a growing family, designed to catch sunlight for the optimum amount of the day.
