Through an extensive design process, a brief was devised to add a luxurious ‘grown up’ floor that encouraged a revised attitude towards wellness within the home by integrating a sauna space within an expansive bathroom, with views towards Richmond park enabled by an elevated site and modern dormer extensions. In the rest of the house, an extensive re-modelling of the layout enabled open-planned living, and a new double height staircase bringing a ‘wow factor’ to a standard but spacious family home.
