The Rockside Villa is a major Devon landmark, commanding a spectacular waterside location on Salcombe Estuary. The project encompassed the complete repair and conservation of the GII star listed site including - the main house, new wing extensions and the improvements to the sea wall harbour. Notable environmental improvements have also been made to the structure and fabric. The terraces, landscape gardens and private mooring that address the estuary, have all been renovated in close collaboration with Historic England and the local seafaring community.
